Suggestion:
I am becoming irritated with the shelves on the 3rd floor.

There are several that have cranks that do not work or have cranks that or too stiff.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention concerning our moveable shelving located on the 3rd floor. We will do a walk thru and see which ones are not working. We do our best to get them repaired as quickly as possible.
